[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14929: htmlArea RTE: Font Family and Font Size Dropdown boxes don't open

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
With some server configurations, the toolbar fontstyle, fontsize and 
language dropdowns do not open, but just display a spinner and 
"Loading..." message

When the dropdowns do open, the autocomplete feature does not work (in 
non-IE browsers).

Solution:
Make the corresponding ExtJS combo boxes local and avoid reloading of 
the combos' stores.
