[TYPO3-core] RFC #13313: ExtDirect API

I have updated the patch to fit the cgl naming conventions for classes and 
removed an unneeded variable that was introduced during the development 
phase of this patch.

Also I attached the documentation of this server side stack for Ext Direct. 
It's not written as a reference, but for a documentation for beginners. If 
anybody can improve the spelling or wording of the documentation, you will 
welcome.
