So, if extension wants to use Ext Core, it should have its own copy 
instead using one in the typo3/contrib/? If we declare this, we give 
green light for each extension to have its own copy of ExtJS or Ext 
Core. To me it does not sound right. These libraries should serve 
extensions also.
