[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #13651: htmlArea RTE: Table insertion is broken in IE8

Problem:
Table insertion raises a JS error in IE8 in TYPO3 4.4 alpha1.

Solution:
Invalid color values are assigned to style properties.
