[TYPO3-core] RFC: #13402: Missing suggest feature for some fields

Hi,

remaining patch doesn't render anything, it only corrects the suggest. 
As written before, you can add suggest wizard by yourself if needed by 
adding this TCA:
$TCA['be_users']['usergroup']['config']['wizards']['suggest'] => array(
	'type' => 'suggest',
);

Without the patch suggest will find no records ever.
