[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #13597: htmlArea RTE: Toolbar select box does not close on click in editing area

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
If a toolbar select box is opened, and some other text is selected, the 
select box has to be closed explicitly by clicking the trigger button or 
outside the editing area.

Solution:
The select box should close on click inside the editing area.
