[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #13480: htmlArea RTE: Automatic linking ignores/replaces protocol

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When you enter an URL in a RTE-enabled field, it will be recognized and 
linked to its address automatically. However, the created link href 
attribute always uses HTTP as protocol, even if the URL uses FTP or 
something else.

Solution:
Generalize the scheme recognition.
