Hi Xavier,

that's right and i also remarked it while investigating. It's simply 
forgotten with all magic implementations and should be integrated in 
tslib_fe
* pageTS (automatic clearing of configured pages, forbid clearing)
* logging

The first part could be tricky if you think of options.clearCache.pages 
because it's based on BE_USER.

Second also should be done but then at different place as be_log also 
needs BE_USER.

This points to features that were integrated for BE only and than 
adapted for FE, but only half baken. Doesn't make sense to forbid 
BE_USER clearing cache when every anonymous FE extension can do that 
without any problems.
