Hi Christian,

i see your point but for core i see the same that they shouldn't be unique.

Now, what is the issue for realurl? Imho it's a user error and not 
solvable without heavy restrictions. It means that two or more pages on 
same level are with same title. Even if same title is used, a different 
nav-title has to be choosen.
If you have same pages but for different usergroups, it's also wrong 
concept as a user may be in more than one group.

So could you show a real life case where this is needed with sense?
