yeah, i know. The problem is that i shortened the appear time as HCI 
team requested, but i'm not happy with it. There was also no further 
feedback after the last change, but i got some reactions that the 
tooltip can nerve.
Also because tooltips are singletons, when one is loaded, the next 
appears at once, that's not simple to solve at all.

I guess i would vote for an option to disable help tooltips, they are 
good for beginners and not needed for experienced users :)
