[TYPO3-core] FYI: Merged new PageTree (version for TYPO3 4.5 Beta 3)

Hi,

the new  PageTree (version for TYPO3 4.5 Beta 3) has been merged in 
trunk rev 9874-9877

There was a lot of work since November and Stefan Galinski did a very 
great Job. Many thanks Stefan!

The tree now is feature complete and styled. All actions are connected 
and working. New pages can be created via drag&drop or context menu, the 
tree is fully workspace compatible, supports mounts/virtual mounts.

The tree is fully stateful. Also there is an extra filter tree which 
works independent.

Please check, test and report any bugs you find.

Further steps:
* will be required for beta3 to force testing :)
* will be moved to core after beta3
