[TYPO3-core] RFC #16096 Bug: addToAllTCATypes after certain fields does not work anymore

Hi,

many thanks for this fix as it was broken with dam (dam_pagesm 
dam_ttcontent)

Now insertation at position works, but general addition fails.

In my extension i add a new tab to pages, and this is missing after the 
patch (both variants)

t3lib_extMgm::addToAllTCAtypes('pages','--div--;Uptown,tx_uptown_kicker,tx.....');
