[TYPO3-core] RFC #16096 Bug: addToAllTCATypes after certain fields does not work anymore

Attached patch adds the command "replace:fieldname" to the existing "before" and "after".
Automatically replaces a field with addToAllTCATypes if it was found in a palette of a type.
Replaces a field with addFieldToPalette as well as with the other two methods that make use of executePositionedStringInsertion.
