[TYPO3-core] RFC #16701: Feature: Add custom status icons to all records

Problem:
Status icons are hardcoded. Especially this is bad in page tree view.

Solution:
I propose to add new TCA['ctrl'] config option and autoload icons from
it in all needed places (see patch, just 2 files)
