[TYPO3-core] RFC #16396: Implement a Grid View + wizard to enable the backend layout to be adapted to the frontend look and feel

Hi guys,

I've also committed the attached patch to bring this into a bare minimum 
quality state. There's probably still more work left regarding phpDoc 
comments and in other areas I didn't stumble over yet.

Please be more cautious about the quality of the code you hand in as 
RFCs, but even more important be more cautious during reviews. Once bad 
code is released, it's hard to fix it, especially when naming issues are 
involved.
