[TYPO3-core] FYI #16625: TCEforms have surrounding box with background color

Hi!

The attached changes have been committed to trunk rev. 9700

Problem:
Since the background color of the content container has been changed 
some time ago, TCEforms still reside in a darker grey box.

Solution:
Adjust this background color

Note:
I know, it's ugly.. TCEforms would need more classes to distinguish 
between TCEforms with and without tabs.
