so these should rather be config.usePluginWrap = 0 instead.
In this case you'd assume that it's set to 1 by default.

all these negated options are very mind boggling and should be avoided 
at all costs.

P.S. IMO even old options should be "fixed", they can be kept around for 
backwards compatibility for two version like usual, but they definitely 
should go.
