Yes, that is a full version upgrade of the lib. Fine with me!

+1 on reading and testing a backend login on 4.3 and trunk with FF and 
Chrome.

I didn't had to clear browser cache, and existing users with umlauts 
where just magically able to login after the patch was applied.
