[TYPO3-core] RFC#15079 Feature: TYPO3 misses an SpriteGenerator

Hi,

the problem was windows path seperator - it doesn't work correct.
So i adjusted it and replaced the backslash with the slash, and now it 
works like expected also on windows.

I also inserted "###" for the markers and used TAB instead \t

So, +1 by reading and testing with my attached version.

I will commit this version tonight if noone complains. Thanks for your work!
