[TYPO3-core] FYI #14177: Change CSS classes- and id names to identifyable install tool names

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Although the install tool will currently not change when a new skin has
been installed, it is preferred to prefix the names of the CSS classes
and id's with t3-install-

Solution:
Prefix all classes and id names
