[TYPO3-core] RFC #14079: Bug: Running the unit tests floods the deprecation log

I've found a way to selectively turn off the deprecation log for these
tests.

The testcases already backup and restore
$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SYS'], so that already has been taken care of.

I've attached a new patch for review.
