i searched for because i didn't understood how it worked before. the 
turn in var was there for real long time. The behaviour changed in 
#13693, but i didn't found the relation. it seems that this change only 
showed the bug which was there before.
Dynamic change was never made, so only reload of BE changed the behaviour.
