[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug 5678: Missing clearer div in csc-textpic-intext-left/csc-textpic-intext-right

Hi,

i know there is a huge discussion. But - why not adding a clearfix to 
css_styled_content css? Most clients i know don't use CSC css when they 
do their own, but it's good to have a working solution without any hassles.
We can discuss and fight about all the wrapper divs and css styles, as 
this depends a lot on personal style, so i think:
* deliver some working basics
* whoever don't like it isn't force to use it
