Hi Stan,

i know you're really overloaded at the moment with all the rte work.

What you do with rte scripts is something we also like to have with 
included js files in BE. So instead we make a new solution there it 
would be nice if you could do a prototype for this (eg 
t3lib_compressScripts or simular)

As this didn't reached 4.4 it would be nice to have a solution for 4.5. 
Are you interested to do such?
