accept the deleted line mentioned by Kjeld, +1 by reading
I used a diff viewer which shows inline-changes (kompare) and read trough  
the whole patch.

One sitenote, is there a reason for the different whitespace use before  
and after e.g. LF? Or are this just historic (no CGL) leftovers?
