I needed baseUrl for RealUrl in this actual case, so I thought this is 
related.

The doctype is valid xhtml checked by W3C Validator, the Problem is the 
IE6, as Ron Hall posted on.

the article is about swfobject but it is the same for javascript.

I know that is not valid, but better than breaking my Site in IE6. But 
as we got enough "-1's" to close this RFC, could someone close this in 
bugtracker?
