Here my first notes from testing:
- if you don't have any extension installed for the taskcenter you get a
PHP warning (taskcenter -> index.php line 415
($GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SC_OPTIONS']['taskcenter'] is empty))
- see the other notes (more usability wise) on the attached screenshot

Notes for potential testers:
- Take the .rar file Georg provides and replace impexp and sys_actions,
too, because else you'll get the fatal error [as Philipp noted]
(you can probably use the provided t3x files, too)

I will test somemore and read through the patch this weekend, just
wanted to give you some feedback to begin with ;)
