The wizard you changed is about an update, thus e.g. updating from TYPO3
4.2.x to 4.3.0. The extensions "recycler", "reports", "scheduler",
"rsaauth" have not been extracted to system extensions like e.g.
"simulatestatic".

The "t3editor" was already available with TYPO3 4.2, so I don't see a
reason to have it in an update wizard.

In special, installing "rsaauth" with not further information about the
server requirements (openssl for example) and not setting
"loginSecurityLevel" to "rsa", is very tricky and does not make much
sense to me.

Sorry, but I'm -1 to this RFC.

However, I'm fine with adding the new extensions (except "rsaauth" and
"simulatestatic") to the list of extensions that are installed by
default for a feature presentation in 4.3-beta1. This helps to get the
new stuff tested since it's enabled by default. Before the release
candidate phase we have to make sure to revert that change again, of course.
