I assume text/plain instead of application/octet-stream, right?
Unfortunately not. Opera always sends them with content-disposition:  
attachment.
I already had some research on this, but couldn't find anything.

I already declared *.diff as MIME type text/x-diff and now changed to  
text/plain. But it's still attachment and isn't shown inline (see my  
posting in typo3.test group).

This patch is now ready to commit. Thanks!
