Hi,

I just stumbled on a little something:

in ext_tables.php, array_merge() is called to merge the "local" 
configuration with a possible preexisting one. This is done without 
checking whether 
$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SC_OPTIONS']['reports']['tx_reports']['status'] 
is an array or not, which throws a PHP warning.

Could you please a test and merge only if necessary?
