[TYPO3-core] RFC #11474: Store separate extlist for the frontend

hi Marcus,

I'm not happy with this "solution". It fixes only a symptom and not the 
real problem.
The question is: why has "install" to be loaded in FE? the ajax call 
which requires this should not be done with eID.
Steffen suggested in the bugtracker to do it with an install tool 
specific lowlevel ajax call.

but that's not really realated to this bug, so let's discuss this in the 
  bugtracker.
