[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10017: [felogin] New Method for "forgotPassword"

Hi,

FYI: committed attached patch to trunk, rev 5891
where following changes were done:
* changed wording as Jeff suggested
* used new labels for the changed ones, so all old labels are still in 
and the new ones need new translation

I finally tested that all labels are set correct.
