...and finally, +1 on reading and testing with two minor notes below. 
(Note: I have not tested the hook implementation but it looks like 
Xavier already covered that.)

1 - The Typoscript comment for forgotLinkHashValidTime should remove the 
word "sended"
2 - There were some labels that had their meaning changed, so these 
should be split off into new labels rather than updated.

Other than those minor things, all looks good now!
