[TYPO3-core] RFC #12398: Unreplaced markers stay in the BE

Hi Dan,

can you point me th the place where undeleted markers are in source? I 
mostly see the ###POSTCSSMARKER### and the left subparts for 
docheaderbuttons. if cleaning, i would remove these subparts like
<!-- ###BUTTON_GROUP1### --><!-- ###BUTTON_GROUP1### --><!-- Wrapper for 
button group -->. Removing these markers would look odd:
<!--  --><!--  --><!-- Wrapper for button group -->
