REMINDER!

(i gave an +1 by reading and testing)

in combination with #12094 we would have a simple solution which is 
available with andWhere. (So, it is only a usability thing - how to explain 
a newbie, why he needs to use andWhere instead of where...)

(FYI: With #12094 it would be possible to use quoteStr - at the moment the 
developers needs to write an userFunc for that.)


To be clear: this patch does not introduce the possibility for SQL 
injections for TypoScript beginners.
