[TYPO3-core] FYI: Raised saltedpasswords version from 0.9.0 to 0.9.1

Hi,

the saltedpasswords version was raised to 0.9.1 in SVN Trunk (rev. 6181)
with these changes:

* Cleanup: Fixed formatting and cleaned up PHPdoc comments
* Cleanup: Added type hints in signatures of methods
* Cleanup: Fixed formatting and cleaned up PHPdoc comments
* Fixed bug: Evaluation function for t3lib_TCEmain does not need to
store already salted password again
