Hi Masi,

i agree with the result of unlink, bit not with the "@". When unlink 
fails is good to get an error. With our errorhandling this is no more 
problem. (It's same in install tool where it's also not done with "@")

See attached patch where $installToolEnableFileExists is checked after 
unlink with is_file
