[TYPO3-core] RFC #12138: Use flashmessages to display messages from tcemain

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
the error messages from tcemain are not displayed as flashmessages

Solution:
use flashmessages to display these errors

I added 2 screenshots showing the state before and after the patch.
