Problem:
The TypoScript FORM object does not render correctly anymore.
The problem occurs on TypoScript nodes like '10.' that are not
considered anymore since they are not a proper integer value.

This behaviour was introduced with rev. 4636 in SVN Trunk:

Solution:
Convert the TypoScript nodes to an integer value.

Notes:
As mentioned before this issue was already commited for TYPO3 4.3-beta1.
I'm just writing a note here to have the process complete.
