[TYPO3-core] RFC #12852: Missing labels for CType header in New Content Wizard

Hi,

+1 by reading. I would like to add the wiz-icon also. I made an extra 
extension for this, and in 4.3 this is not needed any longer. As Header 
is a valid CE it should be supported with title, description and icon.
