[TYPO3-core] RFC #12855: t3lib/class.t3lib_page.php generates invalid queries for DBAL

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
DBAL parser is still unable to parse queries containing "useless" 
parentheses in the WHERE clause. This occurs for instance with trunk of 
crawler using DBAL to access an Oracle database.

Solution:
Remove useless parentheses (I know I'll have to add support for useless 
parentheses to DBAL once... :D)
