[TYPO3-core] RFC #12831: [scheduler] Wrong CSH text for "End of start"

Problem:
Scheduler's CSH label task_end.alttitle has value "Start of task", which  
is obviously wrong. Should be "End of task".

Solution:
Change Start to End

Note:
I think this can be directly comitted ;)
