[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12735: BE-Login: show login process

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

When you enter the data and submit form you should see a "Login 
proceeded ..." with a spinner gif.

Idea and picture are provided by Jens Hoffmann.
login-submit-progress.gif goes to typo3/sysext/t3skin/icons
