[TYPO3-core] FYI48: #12703: t3editor/codecompletion: parser error on opening brackets on the right side of an operator

Problem:
   test = TEXT
   test.value = test{
crashes the codeCompletion. opening curly brackets should only be treated specially, if no operator is in the 
line

Note:
i'm going to commit in 48 h, if no one complains
