I added some more things to be removed which have been introduced into
TYPO3 4.3 with RFC #12437.

Further, this file can be removed from SVN again:
typo3/sysext/recycler/locallang_csh_mod.xml

+1 by reading and testing with FF, IE8, Safari and Opera
