[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12616: Set recycler height dynamic

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

Problem:
for now we have a fix recycler height which can be set in user setup.

By setting the height automatic (viewportHeight - containerTop - margin) 
we don't need to set it in user settings.

I choose a fix margin of 40 pixels as safari need the most for not 
showing vertical scrollbars. Tested in Safari, FF3.5 and IE8

Patch removes the user setting too.
