[TYPO3-core] FYI: Raised Extbase version to 0.9.13

Hi,

the Extbase version has been raised from 0.9.12 to 0.9.13 in SVN Trunk
(rev. 6368) with these changes:

[~TASK] BlogExample: Changed loading strategy of comments. Fixed typo.
[+TASK] BlogExample: Added wizards to tags definition in TCA.
[+TASK] BlogExample: Added PostRepository::countByBlog() method to
demonstrate the new Query::count() feature of Extbase.
[~TASK] BlogExample: Cleaned-up TCA definitions.
[+BUGFIX] BlogExample: Fixed back-reference from post to blog. Property
blog contains now a blog object instead of the plain uid.
[~TASK] BlogExample: Sorted tables definition for better readability in
SQL-browsers.
[+TASK] BlogExample: Added count on Posts in Blog list again.
[+TASK] BlogExample: Prevented user from entering a circular reference
in related posts.
[+BUGFIX] BlogExample: Re-added posts field to tags table.
[+TASK] BlogExample: Added some wizards.
