[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12487: Inform if page use content_from_pid

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

Problem:
If you set content_from_pid ("Show content from this page instead") 
there is no visual advice in page module. Editors may wonder why the 
content on this page isn't displayed.

Solution:
Inform that different content is used, providing a link to the page with 
displayed content.

This is/was done by TV (without link), so the desription text is the 
same as in TV.
