[TYPO3-core] RFC #12426: Code cleanup: Reports: Hard-coded strings for collections in status reports

Problem:
The names of the collections in the status reports of hard-coded in the 
status report's code.

Solution:
Replace them by localized strings

Notes:
If you look closely, you'll spot one more localized string in the 
Report's BE module. Since that string corresponds to an error message, I 
would rather turn it into a flash message, but that would be a separate 
patch.
