[TYPO3-core] RFC Feature #11193: Enable stdWrap on select properties groupBy and orderBy

Problem:
The TypoScript select properties groupBy and orderBy do not support
stdWrap functionality.

Solution:
Integrate stdWrap calls when using the groupBy and orderBy properties.
